E - Eating out, a guide to making the best choices

I know personally I dread going out to eat when I'm trying to be good with my diet. Here's a few tips to avoid eating some of the more unhealthy things when going out for a meal!

1. Avoid anything fried
2. Anything in a creamy sauce isn't your friend, stick to a tomato base
3. Even a salad isn't always safe, dressings can contain a lot of fat and hidden calories
4. Some of the safest choices are probably meat and veg based meals
5. If you are unsure, ask
6. Don't be afraid to ask to change your food, ask for a jacket potato instead of chips, ask for dressing on the side etc
