J for Junk Food

If you've read any of my posts before you will know I love a bit of junk food. No matter how many times I tell myself I shouldn't be eating it or I don't need it the more I want it. So I've given up with that and am trying to just limit quite how much of it I eat!

  2. They don't look like junk food. In a way almost anything could be junk food, including apples, if one eats too much of it at one setting all the time. I wonder if there is an apple junkie out there. My weak spots--pretty much all food. Once upon a time, I was able to eat 4 doughnuts while drinking coffee and reading the Sunday paper. Definitely not something to brag about. :-)

    1. I reckon I could probably do that! Chocolate always seems to be what I grab though. I once ate 7 bars in one day. Needless to say I felt a bit ill afterwards!

  3. I basically love all food, there is not much that I don't like!

    I'm more careful about what I eat now but that's more an age issue I think, but defnitely still indulge, just maybe not as much as I used to!

    As my french friends all say, the trick is to have what you enjoy but just a little bit not the whole cake :D
